Our current petticoats are made from eight layers of black tulle, a black satin-like waist yoke, black satin ribbon on the top layer, and one inch black lace edging the bottom of each layer. They are great to wear under skirts or by themselves. Each petticoat is made to order and will be created according to the measurements you provide. Spot clean or hand wash if necessary. Note: Please make sure to give your hip, waist, and hip-to-final-length measurements in your order. This is a hand
