Shipping Information

Most of our products are shipped within 5 business days of placing your order on-line.

Mail-in orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment verification.

Special tailoring requests are subject to an additional 24 hour shipping delay as our seamstress completes your customized request.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail unless other advance arrangements are made.

Returns Information

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.  Each product is inspected by hand prior to shipment.  We guarantee our merchandise to be defect free in both workmanship and materials for 30 days after your shipping date.  We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any merchandise which develops a defect.  Abuse is not covered under this warranty.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to us.  We pay the shipping charges to the customer's address.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the material or workmanship, you may return it within 14 days for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Each piece of fabric merchandise is made by hand, so we have had to implement this restocking fee to compensate for a few unscrupulous customers who place orders, wear, and return them.

You must e-mail returns@fragilewebb.com for an RMA number before sending us any return item.

Please state the nature of the defect or dissatisfaction and we will reply within 48 hours with return shipping instructions subject to the above limitations.
