"I purchased some incense from you a couple of months ago at the Crafty Crafters Expo in Aurora.  I would just like to tell you that before I really didn't think that there was a "difference" in incense.  That has changed since I have burned yours.  I noticed a few differences between your product and those that I have gotten elsewhere.

1. The fragrance in your product.. well... it just smells better and lasts longer. I have purchased incense before that has "lost its smell" after only a couple of weeks. Not the case with yours.

2. Your product does not burn as quickly, which tells me that it is fresher.
